THE 100 HOUR PROJECT

In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3 which stands to achieve 'Good Health and Well-being', the 100 Hour Project is a bold step toward making free, evidence-based mental health therapy accessible. 

Our goal is to touch as many lives as possible by providing an empathetic, confidential space to seek free mental health support, whenever people need it.

 

Ultimately, we aim to bring virtual therapy services to smaller cities and towns where mental health support is hard to come by.

UNPLUGGED WORKSHOPS

Designed to help teams feel more relaxed, attuned to their surroundings and energized to act, the UnPlugged session is a 'Digital Detox' in the hyper connected world we live in. 

Driven and designed around core principles in Theatre, Psychology and the arts, this session ranging from 3 to 8 hours can be a great way to find your Zen. We've run these sessions on roof-tops and in classrooms, corporate offices and offsites and if this is something you think can benefit you or others, be sure to give us a holler.
